Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what Affiliate Tabs collects, why it collects it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What We Collect

Account details such as name, work email and company. Program data you or your partners enter, which can include partner records, links, clicks, leads, deals, commissions and payout records. Technical records such as device information, IP address and the pages used.

Why We Use It

To run the service, attribute activity to the right partner, calculate what is owed, keep an audit trail, keep the service secure, and contact you about your account.

Program Data and Your Partners

Partner accounts and click or lead records are entered by program owners. Program owners decide what they collect from their own partners and visitors, and on what basis.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it with the providers that host and operate the service for us, and when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep account and program data while the account is open. When an account closes we delete or anonymize the data, unless we must keep a record.

Your Choices

You can ask to export, correct or delete your data, close your account, or ask us to stop contacting you about anything other than your account.

Contact

Privacy requests can go through the contact page.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and third-party tools to analyze traffic, measure our advertising and improve your experience. Essential cookies keep the site working. For visitors in the United States, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default, as the cookie banner notes, and you can opt out at any time with Decline in the banner or later in Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every page. Opting out of advertising cookies also opts you out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. Visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first: there, analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them.

When you submit a form, we report that a conversion happened to the advertising platforms we use, such as Google Ads. If you have opted out of advertising cookies, Google receives only a signal without cookies or identifiers. If you arrived by clicking a Google ad, we may later report that ad's click identifier and the time of your inquiry to Google Ads so it can count the conversion. We never send your name, email address, phone number or message to an advertising platform.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of advertising cookies, and we report no conversion of any kind for a browser that sends one. You can also disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.
