These terms cover the use of Affiliate Tabs, the software at app.affiliatetabs.com for running partner, affiliate, referral, lead-pass and deal-registration programs.
The Service
Affiliate Tabs provides software for tracking partner activity and calculating what partners are owed. You keep responsibility for your own program, your own partners and your own agreements.
Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for everyone who uses your logins, and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Programs and Data
You own the data you put into Affiliate Tabs. You may export partner, activity and payout records while your account is open.
Fees
Fees are the plan fee shown on the pricing page, a platform fee on the commissions paid through the platform, and any add-ons you enable. Fees are billed for the plan you select and are not refunded for part periods except where the law requires it.
Partner Payouts
Affiliate Tabs calculates what partners are owed from approved activity. You approve commissions and review each monthly invoice. Affiliate Tabs is not a party to your agreements with your partners and does not guarantee partner performance.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to track people without a lawful basis, to submit false or duplicate activity, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access another account.
Term and Ending
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that creates risk for the service, or where fees are unpaid.
Changes
We will tell you before a change to these terms affects how you use the service. Continuing to use it after a change takes effect means you accept it.
